＜Precautions / Application guidelines＞

※Based on the guidelines from the government, the venue capacity has been set to 50%, along with the requirement of social distancing.

※Your name, contact information, and address will be required for purchasing tickets. If necessary, this information may be shared to public institutions. Your ID may be required for entry.

※Body temperatures will be checked upon entry. If any of the following conditions below apply, please refrain from coming to the event;

・People with temperatures above 37.5℃ (or 1℃ above regular body temperature). Please make sure to check your temperature before heading to venue.

・Counting 2 weeks from the event date, if you have had fever or cold symptoms and have seen a doctor or had medication.

・Counting 2 weeks from the event date, if you have had Olfaction /Dysgeusia, cough, runny nose, fever.

※Please wear a surgical-style mask to the venue. People without a surgical-style mask will be denied entry.

※If you feel sick after entering, please inform a staff as soon as possible. (Depending on the conditions, you may be asked to leave the venue.)

 

 

【Other Precautions】

※Inside the venue, please refrain from chatting in areas such as the lobby.

※There will be alcohol disinfectants placed at the entrance. Please cooperate with thorough disinfection.

※Please download the Corona Virus Contact Confirmation APP (COCOA) by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

※All staffs will be thoroughly checked with body temperatures. Any staff found with any conditions will immediately be sent home and will be replaced with other staff.

※The event is planned to be 2 hours long. During the event, the venue will be constantly ventilated, and there will be times where the venue doors will be opened to allow ventilation.

※After the event, a regulatory exit may be required.

※Presents and flowers will not be accepted to reduce the risk of contamination.

※Please refrain from waiting on the entry and exit of the band near the venue.
