ご注文内容の変更に関して

I want to change the shipping address for the ordered products.

We can change the shipping address for orders that have a "Backordered" status in "Order History" under "My Page".

If you would like to change the shipping address, please submit a request from the Inquiry Form, noting the order number and new shipping address.

Please note that if the order status updates to "ready to ship" after the request but before completion of the change, we are unable to change the shipping address. As such, please contact us as soon as possible.

Is it possible to change the product type, amount, or payment method after placing an order?

It is not possible to make changes once you have placed an order.
Please be aware that even if you change the address that is registered on your ID page, the address for products that you have already ordered will not change.
